Quality Audit Case Discussion

Audit is an important mechanism for driving continual improvement in every management system. Everyday, auditors are facing different types of situations. Many of them are marginal cases and worth for discussion. As a trainer of quality auditing, we welcome anyone brings any audit case here for discussion.

Audits cannot drive continuuous improvement. If conducted properly they can contribute to it. They can be part, and in some cases an important part. But audits are too limited in scope, frequency, timing and expertise to become the driving force behind an effective continuous improvement process. At best they can be the driver behind a useful corrective action process.
